Lazy 2014 Review~

So many bombastic 2014 reviews are up on social networks already. Was wondering if I should post mine too since I do it every year. But this year's will be a short and sweet one because it's a random one, no drafts and stuffs.

Basically I didn't do much this year since it's my STPM year, not that I studied like mad or what but you know, parents had been nagging a lot. The only memorable events and interesting places I went would be my trip to China during the end of May then to Ipoh and Taiping during August. Other than that were just some (Actually quite a lot.) random outings with friends.

Then towards the year end there were almost two months of torture, one month staying at home doing last minute revisions and another month sitting for exams. (All three semesters one shot mannn.)

Got myself some promoter jobs after exams and finally had the urge to clean up my stuffs few days back. And now I'm jobless again. Need to get a proper weekdays job soon I guess.

Okayyy nothing else to review already. You're having fun and I'm stuck here waiting for you hahaha. Let's hope 2015 will be a better year for me, for you, for everyone and for the world. :)

Collagen Promoter~

Started my life as a promoter recently and quite a lot of people asked me about that. It seems like a lot of people can't differentiate between a sales assistant and a promoter hmm well they are different in certain ways. A sales assistant is more permanent, works almost everyday and gets paid on a monthly basis whereas a promoter only works when there are promotion activities or roadshows, usually on weekends and gets paid on a daily basis. Then a lot of people also asked me why don't I get an office job or become a teacher. Well I worked as a teacher before and I don't like dealing with kids at all. Office job I'm still considering but I guess it'll be quite boring huh. I would rather stand whole day in the shopping mall than stuck in the office dealing with documents, at least you get to meet different people everyday. FUNNY PEOPLE I MEAN HAHAHAHA.

Done my job as a collagen promoter last weekend. I was supposed to give out 100 cups of trial samples per day and it was really a tough task. 90% of people who tasted the collagen gave me that super DISGUSTED face as if I asked them to jiak sai or something lol. And the remaining 10% of people who like the taste find it too pricey. Seriously though about 150 bucks for two weeks supply, means 300 bucks a month. Plus people find it unnecessary to drink this kind of health supplement.

'I'm still very young laa.'

'Collagen is for ladies worrr.'  (Who said that?)

'My skin very nice lo.' (Lanci. xD)

'You got drink or not?' (Huh? So irrelevant.)

'Drank already will become pretty like you ahh?' (Kaoluii ke ape nie.)

'Can immediately see results or not?' (Miracles do exist, but not here.)

'Can buy one bottle or not?'

'Can give me discount ahh?' (I bukan boss ehh.)

'Ada bahaya punye?' (Yeah it's poisonous. I purposely came here to poison you.)

I was really speechless. So as a conclusion, mission failed. Failed promoter. :P

China Day One~

(Found this post in my draft folder and decided to publish it even though it's not completed to not waste my efforts of typing it out. A bit too lazy to continue the story after so long. :P)

Yes I'm back to my dusty blog again, to share stories about my trip to Guangzhou, China, as what I had promised before the trip. I knew it's always like that, before the trip you'll keep on imagining how fascinating your blogposts will be, but after the trip you'll be like aiya lazy laa need to update all the social accounts lol.

So yeah I went to Guangzhou, China for ten days, from 31st May to 9th June. It wasn't fully a vacation though, it was more like a vacation plus a visit to our ancestors' hometown plus some students exchange thingy. My brother thought it would be boring, but it was so not after all! I knew it was gonna be interesting anyway, since you got to go on a trip with a bunch of teenagers. My friends said I was so daring to go with a bunch of strangers, but what's the big deal, I always prefer strangers than those not-so-close friends, at least less dramas.

Back to the first day, I reached KLIA 2 at around 1 am something since we were supposed to gather at 2 am. The shops were all closed and we had nothing much to do there. So I sat down and decided to update whatever shits I could on all social networks before I off for ten days. And of course, no one ever bothered replying me since it was midnight.

At KLIA 2. Waiting for departure.

Finally the rest came. We were asked to claim our caps and name tags. In fact when I walked towards the crowd I felt super awkward since everyone else would be staring at you lol. (Not sure whether they were staring or not but I still felt the awkwardness. :P) We were divided into groups and being asked to queue up according to groups and wear our caps blah blah blah. By then I was so reluctant to wear the cap because it's so huge and uncomfortable, it just kept on blocking my view. :/ And somehow queueing up made me felt like school. Primary school. At that moment I was like gosh this trip is gonna be shitty, maybe because I was sleepy and bored during that time everything just seemed not right to me. (For your information I went tuition in the afternoon, I was insane I know and I only decided to go last minute because I wouldn't sleep anyway even if I stayed at home.) Even check-in took hours haiz Malaysian system. -.-

And like finally the plane took off but I couldn't really sleep. I thought I would sleep like nobody's business but guess what, my seat was next to the walkway. Flight attendants and passengers non-stop passing by were so disturbing. When I tried to sleep again the plane started landing already. Wait what I was tired as fark. T.T

Awesome view from the plane. :)

After that we straight went for lunch. Nine dishes and one soup mother of god who on earth can ever finish them lol. Plus we don't have a eater in our trip. :P And finally we got this good news, we were given some time to take a nap or a rest after we checked in our hotel! Was kinda disappointed that the hotel we stayed in wasn't the one stated in the schedule, because the one stated is located next to a super huge shopping mall, I thought I could shop till I drop! But this Loftinn Hotel wasn't that bad after all, I kinda like it though. :)

View from Loftinn Hotel.

Our hotel room. Ignore our messy luggages and beds. :P

Then the first incident happened. (Quite a lot of incidents happened on me throughout the trip!) The phone sim card I bought in the airport wasn't working. I had to trouble our pretty tour guide to help me, she's really nice that she actually called and asked around to help solve my problem. (I'm troublesome I know.) And finally I got it done by myself, but my nap time was burnt. :/ Because my group leader couldn't find me in my room, I was about the last to get the t-shirt, only L size ones left and it looked so big on me. T.T But I had no choice. I thought I would be reluctant to wear that t-shirt, but seeing everyone wearing it had changed my rebellious thought, I was more than willing to wear it on the days after.

We went to this island and parade but it was boring. Nothing much to look at. I expected something better like what I read on the newspapers but no it was just a freaking normal island and an unoccupied parade, plus the weather was terribly hot, direct sunlight above our heads! (It was summer in China, average temperature 35 degree celcius.)

Well finally it was dinner time. They had this opening ceremony with some China's ministers. We were all focusing on the television after dinner. The news reporter sounded so funny I wondered are all the China's news like that lol. For me the first day I was just sitting with some random unknown guys but who knew they all became my friends afterwards. Seriously I didn't notice anyone on the first day though, I was sticking to le KL people, and there were people who knew who I am already. Salute salute! :D
