A brand new start. :)
On the very first day of this brand new year,
I was blessed to have my friends from Ipoh here in KL.
It had been long since I last met them.
The previous night I missed out the countdown with them,
as well as the countdown with my university friends since I was back at home.
So that morning they came all the way to my area to have breakfast with me.
Was gonna recommend them the Hong Kong style restaurant near my place but their Waze couldn't find that place so we ended up at Papparich,
which I don't really like it though.
After having our breakfast,
we headed straight to Sunway Pyramid and it was freaking jam wtf.
Since everyone else had something to buy or to look at,
me and Ah Loong just walked around the mall aimlessly.
My first lunch of the year at TGI Friday's.
Tennessee Chicken & Shrimp @ RM47.70.
One of their signature Tennessee grill,
with juicy fire-grilled chicken breasts drizzled with Tennessee sauce and crispy Cajun-spiced fried shrimps with more sauce for dipping.
It's also served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.
A really scrumptious meal,
the chicken breasts were perfectly grilled and the shrimps were so crispy.
Vegetables were also kinda fresh for someone who doesn't like vegetables like me haha.
Anyway thanks Ah Loong for the satisfying lunch treat. :)

Green Tea Tower Bingsu @ Caffe Bene.
(Single - RM12.80 & double - RM22.80)
I'm really blessed to have friends who are always willing to accompany me for what I want to eat.
I was so indecisive between green tea tower or cookies and cream because I love both but I wouldn't be able to finish them if I ordered both lol.
Anyway the green tea bingsu was served with red beans, cashew nuts, almond and a lot other kinds of nuts as toppings.
It was good and refreshing of course,
and the portion was kinda large even though I ordered a single one,
enough for sharing by two person if you aren't gonna eat a lot of ice.
