Ipoh And Taiping Trip Part Two~

Woke up quite early on the second day morning to travel to Taiping from Ipoh. Had our breakfast at a restaurant nearby which is just walking distance from the place we stayed at. After I finished my noodles they recommended me the Char Siew Pau there and told me it's a must eat at that restaurant so in the end we were full like shit. I felt sleepy somemore wtf.

My breakfast.
It took us like one hour (I think.) to reach Taiping from Ipoh in a huge rented van. There were only around twenty people who went since it was during the trials month a lot of them were having trials. (Thank god my trial was postponed.) They replayed that China trip video again throughout the journey driving us all back to the awesome memories about our awesome moments back in China. And upon reaching Taiping our first stop was the association there to meet up with the adults.

Then the first place we visited was of course the famous Taiping Lake. I remember my last visit to here was during standard six and I was kinda amazed that the water is still so clear after years. A lot of places had been badly polluted nowadays. :/

Beautiful Taiping Lake. :)
Next was this charcoal factory where they use really high temperature to produce charcoal. You can seriously feel the heat even if you stand far away from the heating place. And I tried standing in the heating place, for a second. :P

Charcoallection. xD
After that we went to Kuala Sepetang to have our lunch. The seafood there were so good still drooling when I think of them now hahahaha.

After lunch we went on a sea cruise on a 游艇. (Yacht.) It was super duper fun and relaxing. We kept on climbing to the top of the yacht like whatever we weren't afraid of the sunburn, and taking photos everywhere. It was a long three hours cruise and we were supposed to look at eagles and dolphins. I have a few videos taken on the yacht but the uploading process is slow so I'm not gonna post them here. Just photos will do.

Panorama shot. :)

Waves. :D

Our last stop was Hutan Paya Laut Matang before heading back to Ipoh. It started raining as soon as we got down from the van so we couldn't really walk through the whole forest, just a quarter of it.

About one hour journey again and we were back in Ipoh. Since there was still plenty of time we walked around Ipoh to look at those beautiful street arts.

While looking at the street arts it rained again and we had to move to some indoor places so we went to Ipoh Parade, the largest and nicest shopping mall in Ipoh. All the guys went to Starbucks and we the only three girls went window shopping. I tried so hard to control myself from buying clothes and dresses and I kinda succeeded because I only bought a hater snapback after less than an hour of window shopping. xD

Macha green tea ice cream.

Went for dinner after the rain stopped then went back to take shower and pack my luggage because I had to move to Wai Gor's house for the second night. After putting down my luggage we went out again, to some Mamak corner for supper. You guys were so energetic seriously, I almost fell asleep at the Mamak lol.

My dinner. Very nice Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun. :D

Time really flies. Here came the last day in Ipoh. Got to go back to KL after breakfast and I felt kinda sad to leave these awesome people once again. As you know it's really not easy for us to meet often. :/ Before boarding the train I braved myself to look straight into someone's eyes and said goodbye to him. Tired of avoiding eye contacts for three days long and that should come to an end. And yes the apology kinda made me burst into tears but it's all over. :)

Fish head noodles but I substituted fish head with Dory fish. (Even though I have no idea what kind of fish is that.)
